RFQ - Consulting Firms for a Market/Feasibility Analysis for the Cook Road Corridor #9738

Notice is hereby given that Jackson County is soliciting responses for CONSULTING FIRMS. Interested and qualified respondents may submit Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Packages, according to the requirements described herein, to Jackson County, 2915 Canty Street, Pascagoula, MS 39567. All RFQ Packages are due by or before 12 p.m. (CT) on May 26, 2021. Any packages delivered to or received after the 12 p.m. deadline will not be considered and shall be returned unopened to the addressee. All RFQ’s/bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at (1:00 pm) in the Board of Supervisor’s Board Room in the Jackson County Services Complex located at 2915 Canty Street, Pascagoula, MS 39567.

Information is sought for Consulting Firms. The primary purpose is to provide for a market/ feasibility analysis for the Cook Road Corridor in Jackson County, Mississippi.

Submittals
Jackson County Mississippi is requesting qualifications for the above referenced project. Interested firms should submit four (4) original copies of their Proposal plus one (1) digital copy in PDF format.

Interested firms, or teams, should prepare a response that is no more than 20 pages (10 double-sided pages) in length addressing the following:

• Experience and availability of key personnel, and
• Experience on similar projects, and
• Experience working together (for submittals with multiple firms), and
• Project Approach/Work Plan, and
• Critical Issues and Approaches to Solutions

The submittals must be double-sided on standard letter-sized paper (8.5” × 11”). Up to two (2) additional 11” × 17” double-sided pages may be submitted in an attached appendix. In addition, a one-page cover letter should be submitted, summarizing the proposal and identifying a point of contact for the consultant team.

Proposals must be received by Josh Eldridge in the office of the Chancery Clerk, 2915 Canty Street, Suite R, Jackson County Services Complex, Pascagoula, Mississippi. This RFQ is an invitation by Jackson County, Mississippi for interested consultants to submit qualifications, which may be subject to subsequent negotiations. It is not a request for a competitive bid. Submittal of proposals does not create any right in or expectation to a contract with the County. The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
